You can add an unlimited number of custom fields with specific content types, such as email addresses, phone numbers, dates, and social profiles, or create your own text fields. There is also a special “Assistant” field to track direct contact information for guests who communicate via assistants.

iOS

To edit a guest’s custom fields:

  1. In the Guest view, select the Guest Options menu.

  2. Select Edit Guest to open the Guest Editor.

  3. To add a custom field, tap the add field button at the bottom of the existing guest information and select the type of field you wish to add. This will add a new field to the guest.

  4. Enter the text for the field.

  5. You can change the attribute name for the type by tapping on its title to show a pop-up menu.

  6. Add as many custom fields as you want.

  7. When you a finished, tap Save.


Web
