You can capture a variety of guest activities for each guest that would otherwise be impossible to remember.

The following kinds of activities can be added to each guest:

Payment
Track guest spending—big or small—using different payment methods, including check and cash.

Email Invitation
Email invitations sent by Diobox automatically track open and click rates as well as RSVP responses.

Package
Manually track invitations that were not captured electronically, like paper invitations sent via postal mail.

Travel
Knowing your guest arrival and departure details can help you make transportation arrangements.

Rating
Rank your guests based on your own standards using our internal rating system – only for the event organizer’s team.

Note
Insert a note each time you interact with a guest. Mark these notes with a type and date of resolution.

Only Event Administrators and Guest Managers can add and delete guest activities. See Team Access for more information.

iOS

Add an Activity to a Guest on iOS

  1. In the Guest view, tap the Activities Options menu to show a pop-up menu.

  2. Select the type of activity you want to add.

  3. In the activity menu, enter the information.

    For a guest rating, tap the star you want to assign to the guest.

  4. Tap Save when finished.

Delete an Activity on iOS

  1. From the guest’s view activity section, tap on the activity to reveal the individual activity.
  2. Select the Delete Activity button on the bottom toolbar.

Web

Add an Activity to a Guest on the Web

  1. In the Guest view, select the Activities Options menu to show a pop-up menu and select the type of activity you want to add.

  2. In the activity menu, enter the information.

    For a guest rating, click the star you want to assign to the guest.

  3. Click Save when finished.

Delete an Activity on the Web

  1. From the guest’s view activity section, tap on the activity to reveal the individual activity.
  2. Select the Delete Activity button on the bottom toolbar.
