When adding a guest, as you type a new guest name, Diobox automatically searches past events and suggests names from your Master Database. This way, you save time by not having to re-enter all the guest information, and you also build a history for that guest.

Only Event Administrators and Guest Managers can add guests. See Team Access for more information.

iOS

To add a guest from another event:

  1. Open the destination event (the event to import the guest into).
  2. From the Event and Guest Controls menu, select New Guest.
  3. Begin typing the name of the guest you wish to add. You can enter the first or last name, or both. As you type, guests matching the name from other events in your Diobox account are shown. Select the guest to show the Guest Editor.

  4. Add any additional information if you wish and tap Save.

When adding a guest, you can add custom fields.

You can also manually add a new guest to the event.


Web

To add a guest from another event:

  1. Open the destination event (the event to import the guest into).
