Only Event Administrators and Guest Managers can add guests. See Team Access for more information.

iOS

To add a new guest to an existing event:

  1. Open the event.
  2. From the Event and Guest Controls menu, select New Guest.
  3. Type the first and last name of the guest you wish to add. As you type, guests from other Diobox events in your account are listed (if any). See Adding Guests from Past Events.

  4. Select the Create new guest with name button to create a new guest; or, if you wish to add a guest that is listed from another event, select that guest.

  5. In the Guest Editor, add any additional information if you wish and tap Save.

When adding a guest, you can add custom fields.


Web
